The Trades and Craftsmen Desk was established at the end of 2003 to find fast and effective solutions to the problems of 32 Regional Unions and 910 Cooperatives. All the problems of the organization is addressed to the Trades and craftsmen Desk. It operates under the Department of Training and R&D.

The problems or requests received are reviewed by the related departments and are addressed immediately unless it requires top management decision where they are submitted to the Executive Board.
