TESKOMB was established to produce suitable, sustainable and systematic solutions to the finance problems of tradesmen and craftsmen and to establish and operate the necessary structures to this end. The duties of TESKOMB according to the Main Charter are as follows:

To find ways and means of solving the problems of the cooperatives at the Government, Parliament and Ministerial level,
To lead the economic activities of the organization and provide training support,
Conduct inspections in order to ensure the suitability of activities carried out by the unions and cooperatives to the legislation.

TESKOMB focuses on policy formulation, development of the system in line with the changes observed, coordination of activities, training and inspection.
